Building data is personal data
Names, addresses, telephone numbers, payment histories and photographs of the people who live in your buildings. It deserves to be treated seriously.
Companies are kept apart
Each company’s information is held separately from every other company’s. There is no shared pool of records to be filtered incorrectly.
People see only their own
Access is granted by role. A resident sees their unit, an owner sees theirs, staff see their work, and managers see the building.
History cannot be quietly rewritten
Payment, ownership and tenancy history is kept permanently. Corrections are recorded as corrections rather than replacing what was there.
You choose where it lives
If your policy will not allow data in someone else’s cloud, run it on your own server or entirely offline. The product is the same.
Practical commitments
Connections are encrypted. Accounts are created by an administrator rather than by public sign-up, so nobody can give themselves access to a building. Sessions can be revoked, and revoking one takes effect immediately rather than whenever a cookie happens to expire.
On the offline desktop edition, nothing leaves the machine at all. On self-hosted installations, your data stays on infrastructure you control and we have no access to it unless you give it to us.
Backups are the part people regret. Whichever way you run it, we will help you set up a backup routine and — more importantly — rehearse restoring from one. A backup nobody has ever restored is a hope, not a backup.
Common questions
Can one company see another company’s data?
No. Each company’s records are kept separately rather than sharing one pool.
Who can see resident personal data?
Only people you have given a role that requires it. Residents and owners see their own records and nobody else’s.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes — on your own server and domain, or entirely offline on one computer. See deployment options.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours. We will provide a full export, and on self-hosted or desktop installations you already hold it.
See it against your own building
A short walkthrough using your buildings, your charges and your questions — not a canned demo.
