Pricing

Priced by the buildings you run

You pay per building, scaled by how many units it has, plus whichever modules you switch on. A small block does not pay what a tower pays.

How the pricing works

A building with forty units does not cost the same to run as one with a thousand, so the price follows the unit count. Only billable units count — corridors, plant rooms and other common areas are yours and are never charged for.

On top of that, you pay only for the modules you switch on. A managing agent who never sells a unit does not pay for the sales module; a developer who does, does.

We would rather quote you honestly than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for your portfolio. Tell us how many buildings and units you run and what you need to do with them, and you will get a real figure.

Pricing questions

Is there a setup fee?

For cloud, usually not. Self-hosted and desktop installations include a guided setup, which is quoted with the licence.

Can we add modules later?

Yes. Modules can be switched on when you need them, and your price changes from that point.

What if we manage buildings for several owners?

That is the normal case for a managing agent. Price scales with the buildings and units under management.

Do you charge per user?

No. Add as many staff, owners and residents as the buildings require.
