This website
If you complete a form on this site we receive the details you enter, and we use them only to respond to you. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to anyone who is not helping us reply.
Information inside the product
When you use BuildingSetup you enter information about buildings and the people in them. That information is yours. We process it to provide the service and for no other purpose.
If you run BuildingSetup on your own server or on an offline installation, that information does not reach us at all.
Keeping it
We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful and then remove them. Customer data is kept for as long as you are a customer, and exported and removed on request when you are not.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to us and we will do it.
